About us

Speaking up for fairness

DA stands beside people with disability to help them know their rights, sort out issues, and be fully included in the community.

Our services

Our free individual advocacy services support people with disability across two-thirds of NSW, making us the largest individual advocacy disability organisation in the state.

As well as offering services in city areas, we are strongly committed to regional, rural and remote areas in NSW. With local disability advocates on the ground in these areas, we understand first-hand the needs of the local communities and the people who live there.

We’re committed to providing support through valuable information and systemic advocacy. Visit our Resource page for details about our services and published resources. Visit our society-wide change page to learn more about how we are working to make systems and communities more fair, respectful and inclusive.
