We provide free individual advocacy support services to people with disability across two-thirds of NSW.
Holiday Closure Notice
We will be closed from Friday 20th December 2024 and will re-open on Monday 6th January 2025.
We will do our best to respond to your referral within 14 days of the office reopening on Monday 6th January 2025. If your issue is urgent, please call us on 1300 365 085 when we re-open to speak with our intake team directly.

Intake & Assessment
We will start the intake process within 7 days.
We will gather information about your issue and support needs to determine if we can help. If we can, this could involve providing you with resources to help you self-advocate or connecting you with an advocate
If there is a waitlist, we will let you know how long you might need to wait for an advocate.
If we can't help with your issue, we will try our best to find a service that can.
Advocacy provided
When an advocate is available your matter will be assigned to them.
They will contact you to discuss the options available to address your issue, help you decide which option you prefer, and work with you to create an advocacy plan.
Advocacy support will then be provided based on what you have agreed together.
Case closure
Your case will be closed when the actions in the advocacy plan are completed, the issue is resolved, or it’s determined that the matter cannot be resolved.
If you need support with another issue at any time in the future you can contact us and these advocacy process steps will be followed again for that issue.
